We offer digital resources such as e-guides, templates, and online training materials related to real estate law ("Digital Products"). Access to these resources is delivered via digital download or online access after purchase.

3. Physical Products

Our physical products include printed guides, books, and other materials shipped to our customers. Shipping times and tracking information will be provided upon purchase.

4. Extended Refund Policy

RealtyTopLex is committed to ensuring client satisfaction. The following outlines our refund policy for each category of offering:

4.1 Realtor Legal Assistance Services

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service engagement date.
To request a refund or reschedule a service, please contact our support team or call +14166792071.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 10 business days of approval.
Clients may reschedule an appointment or consultation up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
Certain services—such as finalized contract drafting or court representation—are non-refundable due to the immediate commitment of professional resources and time. This ensures fairness to our legal professionals and other clients.

4.2 Digital Information Products

Customers may request a refund for Digital Products within 14 days of purchase if the resource has not been fully accessed or downloaded.
Partial access or downloads will not qualify for a refund due to the nature of digital content.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

4.3 Physical Products

Physical products may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. To arrange a shipment, please contact our support team.
Products must be in original condition and packaging. Shipping costs to send items back are the responsibility of the customer, unless the shipment was damaged in transit.
Refunds for shipped-back products will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the products.
Non-refundable items—including personalized or customized materials—are clearly identified at the point of sale due to their bespoke nature.

5. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and refrain from unauthorized sharing of protected content.
